Our retreat will include yoga, emotional freedom technique, time for contemplation, time for connection as well as visiting sacred sites to understand and the energy of the ancient goddesses of Ireland specifically through the Sheela Na Gig.

There are a variety of different theories around the Sheela Na Gig.  My belief is that these are ancient representations of the goddess and are placed as reminders for us to remember who we really are.

The separation that occurred between us and the natural world during the uprising of Christianity created so much distortion through the sacral chakra.  We lost our way and it’s time to come home to ourselves.

As the energy continues to shift on the planet we are waking up and many of us have started on this path of remembering.  The more we spend time in sacred sisterhood the easier the path becomes.

Lilith (the dark goddess) will be guiding our journey during these 7 days together.  Through me she will be supporting YOU to deepen your journey into the WILDERNESS of YOURSELF.

Together we will be peeling off the layers of societal conditioning creating a container that allows you to step deeper into your AUTHENTICITY.
