Are you familiar with the idea that there is an energetic field around your entire body? It expands and contracts depending on the amount of sleep you get, the mood you are in and the physical and mental health of your body.
Our heart is such a special organ that it in fact has it’s own energetic field. When our emotions are low on the vibrational scale, when we are sad, depressed or angry our heart field becomes weaker.
As human beings we require connection to others to keep a strong healthy heart with a strong healthy energetic field.
